Job DescriptionPatron Exhibit Pvt. Ltd. is a leading exhibition stall design and fabrication company. We are looking for an aggressive, target-driven Junior Sales Field Executive to join our team in Pune.If you love field sales, meeting corporate clients, and traveling to new cities, this role is perfect for you. You will be responsible for bringing in new business, converting leads into deals, and driving monthly and yearly revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Field Sales: Meet corporate clients across Pune and surrounding industrial zones to pitch stall design services.
- Deal Conversion: Follow up on leads and successfully close deals to generate direct revenue.
- Pan-India Travel: Travel outside Pune across India on a need basis for event sites and high-value client pitches.
- Target Achievement: Consistently hit monthly and yearly sales targets to unlock high performance-linked perks.
- Team Coordination: Liaise with our in-house design and fabrication teams to deliver what the client envisions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, or MBA in Marketing is a plus).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in Field Sales, Corporate Sales, or the Events/Exhibitions industry (Freshers with strong communication are welcome).
- Languages: Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily field visits.
- Traits: Strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and comfortable with a 6-day work week.
