Junior Buyer
Job Description:
- Locating parts globally as per the daily sales requests from various industrial sectors
- Maintaining strong relationship with our established suppliers and identifying new ones for fulfilling orders
- Further develop and maintain our supplier database (As per components brands & parts category) to strengthen the procurement process
- Analyzing offers (Technically & Financially) double confirming the authenticity and run check lists
- Communicating to Sales, Logistics and Documenting using CRM (ZOHO, Bitrix24), Excel
- High level booking Negotiations (with Suppliers), Closing terms, Financials and Strategic sourcing
- Open minded, Crisis Management, Problem solving with Plan B and Team Player
- Reporting to Purchasing Manager and must carry a dynamic personality with leadership attitude
Requirements:
- MBA/MSc/BBA (Any specialization)
- Fresher or 1 – 2 Years work experience
- English + Chinese
