Roles and responsibilities:
- Delivering documents and packages within the office premises.
- Assisting in photocopying, scanning, and binding documents.
- Filing and organizing important papers and records.
- Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in the office by cleaning desks, floors, and communal areas.
- Managing office supplies inventory and replenishing stock as needed.
- Performing basic maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs or fixing minor issues.
- Providing tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
- Assisting in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are ready for use.
- Running errands for the office staff as required.
- Coordinating with couriers for delivery and pick-up services.
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Handling basic inquiries and providing general assistance to visitors and staff.
- Assisting with any other duties that contribute to the efficiency of the office.
