Job Description
Aaditya Construction & Renovators is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise civil construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, maintaining project schedules, and coordinating with contractors and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site execution and construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Resolve on-site technical issues.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites if required.
