We are looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and customers in a courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information.
Manage appointments, reservations, and schedules.
Maintain visitor records and front desk documentation.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Assist with customer service and resolve minor issues professionally.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and internet).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service is an advantage.

Primary Responsibility:

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
