At AMS, we’re building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We’re looking for a Team Leader - Recruitment Administration who enjoys learning and values teamwork. If you’re good at Recruitment Administration as a TL, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
What you’ll do:
- The Team Leader provides line management and leadership for a team of administrators, to ensure they are meeting their relevant targets, KPIs and quality thresholds to drive value for the client and AMS.
- They deliver excellent administration services to the client in line with agreed
service levels, acting as the custodian of efficiency, quality and candidate and client experience.
- The Team Leader provides line management and leadership to their team, driving engagement, retention, and well-being. They role model the AMS behaviours and drive team development.
- Regular meetings with key stakeholders
- Regular 1:1s with team members; quarterly performance and development conversations (with plans in place for all team)
- Less than 20% voluntary attrition among direct reports (target may vary based on local nuance)
- Up-to-date and coherent operations manual and relevant documentation
- Delivery of self and team's tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements/Key Performance Indicators/Client satisfaction rating.
- Supporting administrators to ensure they are meeting relevant targets/SLAs, including acting as a point of escalation for challenges raised during the process
- Providing oversight of administration service managed by the team as guardians of quality and experience
- Mentoring administrators to deliver administration services and drive strong internal and external partnerships
- Providing pastoral care, maintaining team morale and wellbeing, working in an inclusive environment
- Responsibility for induction, objective setting, performance management, development, and succession planning for the team
- Maintaining regular communication with team members, including conducting regular 1:1s and virtual team collaboration sessions.
- Acting as an escalation point between administrators and Managers
