Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end commercial vehicle service operations
- Drive workshop profitability, labor revenue, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor workshop productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and first-time-fix rates
- Manage Service Managers, Service Advisors, Floor Incharges, and technical teams
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards, warranty policies, and audit requirements
- Review operational performance and implement improvement initiatives
- Handle customer escalations and fleet customer relationships
- Coordinate with spare parts and sales departments
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
- 10–15 years of experience in commercial vehicle service operations
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience with commercial vehicle dealerships preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workshop operations and service workflow
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and quality service standards
- Supervise service advisors, technicians, and floor supervisors
- Monitor workshop KPIs including productivity, TAT, repeat repairs, and labor revenue
- Handle customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with OEM processes and safety standards
- Conduct team reviews and training programs
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
- 5–8 years of commercial vehicle workshop experience
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Qualifications & Experience:
- ITI or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial vehicle workshop operations
- Experience supervising technicians preferred
