Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in customer engagement and sales. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication
- Explain company services and address customer queries
- Maintain customer records and update databases
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
- Prepare basic reports using MS Excel/Word
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, Email, Internet)
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales and customer interaction
