About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Consultant – Graphic Designer & Video Editor to support our branding, marketing, and digital content initiatives. This is a consulting engagement for professionals who enjoy working across multiple design formats, from enterprise marketing collateral to engaging social media videos.
The ideal consultant should possess a strong visual design sense, excellent storytelling ability through videos, and the capability to create compelling digital assets that strengthen our brand presence across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, infographics, banners, flyers, case studies, and digital assets.
- Create engaging videos for social media, corporate branding, product demonstrations, customer success stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Edit and enhance videos using professional transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, animations, and audio optimization.
- Design content optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Source high-quality royalty-free images, illustrations, icons, stock videos, and design assets while ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.
- Create enterprise-grade marketing videos that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate business value.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to convert ideas into compelling visual content.
- Maintain consistency across all brand assets and marketing communication.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and evolving social media content formats.
Required Skills
Design Tools
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Acrobat
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Experience with Canva and Figma will be an added advantage.
Video Editing
- Professional video editing skills for short-form and long-form content.
- Ability to create platform-specific content for:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- Facebook
- Company websites
- YouTube
- Knowledge of motion graphics, typography, transitions, visual effects, and audio enhancement.
Creative Skills
- Strong graphic design and visual storytelling capabilities.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns visually.
- Good understanding of branding, typography, layouts, colour theory, and user engagement.
Communication
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into impactful visual content.
- Strong collaboration and presentation skills.
Experience
- 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing:
- Corporate branding work
- Social media creatives
- Marketing videos
- Motion graphics
- Product videos
- Presentation design
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
- Experience working with technology companies, startups, AI products, or B2B marketing will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools for image generation, video editing, and content creation is desirable.
