Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our web and mobile app development services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to identify potential clients across various industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, networking, and other sales channels.
- Identify potential clients requiring website development, mobile app development, software solutions, and digital marketing services.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Maintain and update CRM records of prospects and clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Promote company services through social media platforms and online channels.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for content creation and lead generation campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in business exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Build partnerships and referral networks to increase business opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of Web Development, Mobile App Development, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing services.
- Experience with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and lead generation techniques.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- 3.5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Experience in IT Services, Web Development, Software Development, or Digital Marketing industry will be preferred.
