Plan, supervise, and monitor civil construction projects.
Prepare project schedules, estimates, BOQs, and material requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
Ensure construction work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress and maintain daily work reports.
Inspect construction quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Verify contractor bills and measurements.
Manage repair and maintenance of buildings, roads, drainage systems, and other civil infrastructure.
Coordinate with internal departments for project execution.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records.
Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations.
Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
Pay: ₹960,000.00 - ₹1,080,000.00 per year
