About the Company
Sri Sai Enterprises is a growing company specializing in advertising, branding, retail branding, signage, fabrication, and visual merchandising solutions. We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and motivated MIS Executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project estimates and costing sheets.
- Handle billing processes and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prepare client quotations and estimates.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations for management and clients.
- Maintain and update business data using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Organize, verify, and back up MIS records regularly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
- Assist management with data analysis and operational reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas, Charts, Data Validation, etc.).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Billing, Data Management, or Estimate Preparation.
- Freshers with strong Microsoft Excel skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in the advertising, branding, retail, or signage industry will be an added advantage.
