About the Role
Signature Club Resort, a premium property under Brigade Hospitality, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through corporate sales, business development, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong hospitality sales experience, excellent market knowledge, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive room revenue, banquet revenue, and overall business growth for the resort.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners, and key business accounts.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through B2B sales activities.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and market visits to promote the property.
- Manage corporate contracts, rate negotiations, and account development.
- Prepare and execute monthly sales plans and revenue strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations, Reservations, and Banquet teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Participate in sales promotions, networking events, trade fairs, and business forums.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Hospitality industry experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Hotel/Resort Sales.
- Strong exposure to B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, and Business Development.
- Good understanding of the Bengaluru hospitality market.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and business development targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to undertake field visits, client meetings, and business development activities as required.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
