Job Responsibilities:
KRAs Details:
1. Patient Consultation
· New and Follow-up consultations
2. Diagnosis and Treatment Planning
· Accurate diagnosis and detailed treatment planning for each patient.
· Clear communication of the treatment plan to patients to ensure understanding and commitment.
3. Treatment Outcomes and Progress Tracking
· Monitor patient outcomes regularly; ensure improvement as per expected milestones.
· Identify non-responders early and modify the treatment plan if required.
· Ensure therapy protocols are followed correctly by therapists.
· Track "alert patients" (critical/non-responding/irregular patients) closely. Proactively take interventions to ensure treatment success.
4. Continuity and Completion of Treatment
· Ensure minimal dropouts and maximum treatment plan completion. Engage with patients through follow-ups and regular online consultations as needed.
5. Data Management and Reporting
· Timely update of patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports in the system.
· Generate and review necessary reports for clinic review.
6. Professional Development
· Stay updated on Ayurvedic and modern treatment practices.
7. Brand Representation & Public Education
· Create short educational content (simple tips, seasonal diets, healthy recipes) for patients.
· Contribute content for clinic’s social media, WhatsApp groups, or in-clinic posters to promote diet and wellness awareness.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree, MD or equivalent from a recognized institution.
· Valid license to practice Ayurvedic medicine as per medical council.
· Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience as an Ayurvedic physician treating patients suffering from Osteoarthritis.
· Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in Ayurvedic treatment modalities.
· Compassion and empathy for patients.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Administrative skills and able to lead team of paramedical staff.
· Fully equipped to perform or supervise Panchakarma therapies.
· Conversant in Hindi, English, Marathi, Gujarati.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Postgraduate degree or specialization in Ayurveda.
· Previous experience in a similar role in an Ayurveda clinic.
· Knowledge of Ayurvedic dietary and lifestyle counselling.
