Role Overview
We are hiring a Site In-Charge – Solar Projects with 5+ years of experience in Solar EPC project
execution and site management.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and oversee the complete on-site execution of solar EPC projects from installation to commissioning.
● Supervise site engineers, technicians, contractors, and labor teams to ensure efficient project execution.
● Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, quality standards, and project
timelines.
● Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, vendors, and clients for seamless
project delivery.
● Monitor site activities, resource utilization, and material availability.
● Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
● Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies at the
project site.
● Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
● Verify measurements, material consumption, and support billing and project documentation activities.
● Coordinate installation, testing, and commissioning activities of solar PV systems.
● Manage client interactions during project execution and support project handover activities.
● Identify site-related risks and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid delays.
● Ensure proper maintenance of site records, permits, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications
● Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
● 5+ years of experience in Solar EPC project execution and site management.
● Strong understanding of solar PV systems, electrical installations, and commissioning processes.
● Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools.
● Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
