We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive / Field Recruiter to generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, and support recruitment activities through field visits and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Generate business leads and convert them into recruitment service contracts.
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue, client acquisition, and closure targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand hiring requirements and maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates against client requirements.
- Visit client locations for business development activities, requirement gathering, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain records of leads, client interactions, and business opportunities.
- Negotiate service terms and assist in closing recruitment mandates.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
- Submit daily activity reports and achieve assigned KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field work.
- Target-driven mindset with strong networking abilities.
- Experience in recruitment, sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives based on performance and closures.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
