Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist — B2B (LinkedIn, Email & Digital Prospecting)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify B2B prospects across target segments: IT/ITES, BFSI, manufacturing, pharma, telecom, education, PSUs, and government — targeting decision-makers such as CIOs, IT Heads, Admin Heads, Sustainability Officers, and Procurement Heads.
- Build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and similar databases.
- Run Google-based research to surface enterprise opportunities, RFPs, and tenders from MCA, GeM, EPR portal, eProcurement platforms, and industry directories.
- Design, write, and execute cold email campaigns at scale using tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
- Manage email infrastructure: domain warmup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, deliverability, A/B testing, and sequence optimization.
- Run targeted LinkedIn outreach — connection requests, InMail sequences, and content engagement.
- Track and optimize KPIs: open rate, reply rate, meetings booked, and SQL conversion.
- Maintain CRM hygiene (Zoho preferred) — log, tag, and route every lead with full context for the sales team.
- Deliver weekly reports on pipeline volume, channel performance, and conversion metrics.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years in B2B lead generation, SDR/BDR, or performance email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and at least one prospecting database (Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo).
- Proven track record running cold email campaigns at scale (10,000+ emails/month) with measurable conversion.
- Strong copywriting skills — subject lines, body, and CTAs that convert.
- Working knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho preferred), Google Sheets/Excel, and basic data enrichment.
- Excellent written English and ability to personalize outreach at scale.
Preferred
- Experience selling to enterprise IT, sustainability, ESG, or compliance buyers.
- Familiarity with e-waste, recycling, EPR, or circular economy sectors.
- Exposure to GeM, eProcurement, and tender response workflows.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, SEO-driven prospecting, or paid lead funnels.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
