Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Call companies from the provided database.
- Identify the Purchase Manager, Procurement Head, Supply Chain Head, or Materials Manager.
- Obtain the correct contact person's:
- Name
- Designation
- Direct phone/mobile number
- Email ID
- Introduce the company briefly.
- Understand whether they purchase Stainless Steel, Copper, Nickel Alloys, or Special Steel.
- Update all information in CRM/Excel.
- Schedule follow-up calls if required.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further communication.
Skills Required
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
- Confident on phone.
- Able to handle rejection politely.
- Good internet research skills (LinkedIn, company websites, Google).
- Basic Excel knowledge.
- Fast learner.
- Professional communication.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
