Responsible for statutory compliance, payroll processing, audit coordination, and
regulatory reporting across all business locations.
Key Responsibilities
Statutory
- GOSI Working and Payment before due date and Invoices collection follow-up
- LMRA Staff-wise Data Preparation and checking with HR Data
- VAT Return -Vsoft, Tally Reconcilation & workings
- VAT Return filing coordinate with Aduit team
- All Agreement files to be prepared and report preparation for Start and end date (Soft)
- CR Certificate For Oman required
- Government Statutory compliance Report -Weekly MIS
- Internal Audit Query Supporting and mail followup
- Notice if any received and the status of the notice and working preparation
- VAT Return filing, Payment to ZATCA if any
- GPSSA Working and Payment
- PASI Working and payment and Invoices follow-up
- SAGIA Follow-up and Process
Payroll
- Salary Register to be prepared
- Payroll and LME salary Processing
- Payroll, Car Allowance & LME Salary Processing
- Staff Advance - Confirmation & Followup
- Payroll Processing for all locations
- Salary Vs Sales Report to be prepared – Monthly Basis
- Salary Accruals entry posting -Monthly Basis
- Full & Final Settlements made
Audit
- Internal Audit Coordination & Auditor Follow-up
- External Audit Coordination and preparing document for book closing
- Audit Query Support and filing all returns on time
- Related party payables/ receivables
- Inter Branch Transfer entries - Reconciliation tracking sheet
- Solving External Audit Queries
Fixed Asset
- Fixed asset Capex MIS & Planning
- Fixed Asset Verification & Register Updation
- Asset Register Preparation matched with BS ledger
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 100% adherence to timelines and reporting requirements
- Accuracy of accounting records and reconciliations
- Compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
- Timely issue resolution and stakeholder support
- Process improvement and internal control compliance
Reporting & Coordination
Coordinate with Finance Manager, Branch Teams, Operations, Auditors, Vendors,
Customers, Banks, and Internal Stakeholders as required.
General Expectations
- The role holder is responsible for assigned activities across all company locations,
maintaining confidentiality, ensuring compliance, supporting audits, and assisting in
process improvements whenever required.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time
and ensure timely completion within prescribed deadlines.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
