Job Summary:
A Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term relationships. The role involves handling inquiries, coordinating with sales and service teams, and improving the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding sales and service inquiries
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Follow up with customers for feedback after vehicle purchase or service
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Support the sales team in lead generation and conversion
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and report findings
- Send reminders for vehicle service, insurance renewal, and warranty expiry
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
