We are looking for a passionate and energetic General Fitness Trainer cum Personal Trainer who can actively assist members on the gym floor while building and managing personal training clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with exercise techniques and equipment usage
- Guide members according to their fitness goals
- Ensure member safety and proper workout execution
- Maintain an active and professional presence on the gym floor
- Support member engagement and retention
Personal Training
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations
- Design customized workout programs
- Convert potential PT clients into active personal training members
- Track client progress and ensure results
- Build long-term client relationships
- Achieve PT sales and retention targets
Member Experience
- Welcome and assist new members
- Provide motivation and support throughout their fitness journey
- Maintain a positive and energetic training environment
Requirements
- Fitness Trainer Certification necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fitness and helping people achieve results
- Ability to build rapport with members
- Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience
- Experience as a Gym Trainer or Personal Trainer
- Knowledge of strength training, fat loss, muscle gain, and basic nutrition
- Previous experience in PT sales will be an advantage
