We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused OTC (Over-the-Counter) Sales Associate to join our pharmacy team. In this role, you will be the face of our front store—helping patients find the right wellness products, managing OTC inventory, and providing excellent customer service. Minimum Experience - 10+ years
Key Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Greet customers, answer questions about OTC products (vitamins, cough/cold, skincare), and guide them to the right aisle.
Sales & Cashiering: Efficiently operate the cash register, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges.
Merchandising: Restock shelves, organize displays, monitor expiration dates, and ensure the front store is clean and welcoming.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the pharmacy technicians and pharmacists to hand off prescription-related inquiries.
Pay: ₹8,884.96 - ₹18,000.00 per month
