Job Title: ECU Tuning Faculty

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ECU Tuning Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate should possess strong practical expertise in ECU remapping, calibration, and automotive diagnostics, along with the ability to deliver industry-oriented training to students and professionals.
Key Requirements
1.Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in ECU tuning and calibration.
2.Proficiency in WinOLS and ECM Titanium.
3.Strong knowledge of Bosch EDC16, EDC17, and other modern ECU platforms.
4.Experience in Petrol and Diesel ECU calibration.
5.Hands-on expertise in Dyno Tuning and performance optimisation.
6.Strong understanding of Automotive Diagnostics, fault finding, and troubleshooting.
7.Ability to deliver practical training sessions and workshops.
8.Capable of mentoring students through real-world tuning projects and case studies.
9.Good communication and presentation skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
1.Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions on ECU tuning.
2.Demonstrate ECU reading, writing, mapping, and calibration techniques.
3.Train students on industry-standard tools such as WinOLS and ECM Titanium.
4.Guide learners through live tuning projects and dyno testing procedures.
5.Develop training materials, practical assignments, and assessments.
6.Stay updated with the latest developments in automotive electronics and tuning technologies.
7.Provide technical support and mentorship to students throughout the training programme.
Educational Qualification
1.Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Automotive Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2.Relevant industry certifications in ECU tuning or automotive diagnostics will be an added advantage.
3.Experience:Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in ECU tuning, calibration, automotive diagnostics, or performance tuning.
