Job Summary:
As the Senior Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation in employee benefits, creating impactful well-being solutions, and expanding our footprint among MSMEs and enterprises. You will lead strategic partnerships, business growth, and product innovation while ensuring our offerings align with our vision of a happiness-driven insurance model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to minimize churn and increase renewals.
- Monitor client health metrics and deploy proactive solutions for long-term engagement.
- Leverage customer insights to optimize service delivery and mitigate risks.
- Drive product adoption through on boarding, training, and engagement initiatives.
- Execute data-driven marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Organize webinars and customer success events to strengthen relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 6+ years in Client Retention, Customer Success, or Account Management, preferably in insurance or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, (or related field MBA preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Fresh desk) and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Mandatory experience with Insurance background
