Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Jr. Electrical Engineer with a background in the Control Panel Industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality control of control panel wiring , along with a good understanding of electrical components and industrial standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards, and inspection methods.
- Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Monitor production lines and perform root cause analysis for quality issues.
- Work with production, maintenance, and design teams to resolve quality problems.
- Prepare quality reports, maintain documentation, and ensure traceability.
- Support supplier quality management by conducting audits and reviewing incoming material.
- Assist in implementation of ISO standards, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean manufacturing practices.
- Train shop-floor staff on quality procedures, tools, and best practices.
- Use statistical tools and techniques (SPC, MSA, FMEA, CAPA, etc.) to analyze data and drive improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies:
1.Strong knowledge of Electrical Panel Boards.
2.Good understanding of control circuits, wiring practices, and panel assembly.
3. Familiarity with industrial automation components (PLC, HMI, VFD, etc.) is an added advantage.
4. Ability to interpret electrical single-line diagrams (SLD) and wiring drawings.
5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6.Good communication and teamwork abilities.
