Own the testing for specific features and projects Mentor junior QA engineers occasionally Design and execute manual and automated test cases Participate in design and planning meetings to provide QA insights Identify, document, and track defects using the appropriate tools Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
3-5 years of experience in QA testing, both manual and automation Proven track record of independently managing testing projects Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks Experience with test case design and execution Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Demonstrated expertise in QA methodologies and best practices Some experience in leading QA initiatives or mentoring team members Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) environments Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
