Finance & Compliance Manager
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Finance & Compliance Manager to lead finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, audit, MIS reporting, and financial controls. Candidates with manufacturing or product-based industry experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, and statutory compliance.
- Oversee audits, internal controls, and risk management.
- Manage cost accounting, inventory accounting, and profitability analysis.
- Handle investor reporting, banking, and stakeholder management.
- Support international transactions, export compliance, and overseas subsidiaries.
Eligibility
- CA with 6+ years of post-qualification experience, or
- B.Com with 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Export, Engineering, Consumer Products, Furniture, Handicrafts, Retail Manufacturing, or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, GST, TDS, FEMA, Transfer Pricing, Cost Accounting, and Advanced Excel.
Preferred
- Experience with investor reporting and board reporting.
- Exposure to international business and overseas subsidiaries.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior leadership.
