Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and clients, ensuring a seamless healthcare experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective patients.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.
Appointment & Coordination Management :
- Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and treatment schedules.
- Liaise with doctors, therapists, and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans, reviews, and ongoing healthcare programs.
Business Development & Retention :
- Develop strategies to improve patient retention and engagement.
- Promote healthcare programs, wellness packages, and centre services to existing and potential clients.
- Generate referrals through relationship-building initiatives and patient satisfaction programs.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and client engagement.
CRM & Reporting :
- Maintain accurate patient and client records using CRM software and internal systems.
- Generate reports related to patient interactions, follow-ups, satisfaction levels, and retention metrics.
- Monitor and update client databases regularly.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives where applicable.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Client Relations, Patient Relations, Customer Success, Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
