Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tourist Visa Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of tourist visa processes, documentation requirements, and application procedures for various countries. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to guide clients throughout the visa application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle tourist visa applications for various destinations.
- Guide clients regarding visa requirements, eligibility, and documentation.
- Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and submit visa files as per embassy and consulate guidelines.
- Track application progress and provide timely updates to clients.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain missing or additional documents.
- Maintain accurate records of applications and client information.
- Stay updated on changing visa regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in tourist visa processing and documentation.
- Strong understanding of visa procedures for major travel destinations.
- Experience in visa file preparation and submission.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a travel agency, immigration consultancy, or visa services company.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Professional, customer-focused, and proactive in problem-solving.
