1. Role Objective
The Telesales Advisor will be responsible for lead engagement, student/parent counseling over calls, center-visit generation, follow-ups and conversion of qualified leads into enrollments. The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, systematic follow-up and achievement of monthly revenue/enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Calling & Lead Management
- Call all assigned leads within the defined TAT.
- Understand the student's academic background, target exam, course requirement and decision-making timeline.
- Maintain accurate lead information and interaction remarks in the ERP/CRM.
- Categorize leads as Hot, Warm, Cold and follow up accordingly.
- Student & Parent Counseling
- Explain relevant courses, program structure, faculty, study material, test series, scholarships and other USPs.
- Understand student/parent requirements and recommend the appropriate program.
- Handle basic objections related to fees, timing, competition, course duration and location.
- Escalate complex academic or commercial queries to the Counselor/Center Head wherever required.
- Center Visit Generation
- Convert qualified telephonic leads into center visits / counseling appointments.
- Confirm appointments and ensure follow-up for no-show cases.
- Coordinate with the counseling team to ensure a smooth student experience.
- Follow-up & Conversion
- Follow up systematically with prospects after calls, demos, counseling sessions and center visits.
- Maintain a structured follow-up pipeline.
- Identify the next action and expected conversion date for every active lead.
- Support the counselor/center team in closing admissions.
- Database & CRM/ERP Management
- Ensure 100% updating of calls, remarks, lead status and follow-up dates.
- Avoid duplicate or incorrect entries.
- Maintain accurate daily MIS.
- Track lead movement from Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Visit → Counseling → Follow-up → Enrollment.
- Campaign & Event Support
- Make outbound calls for seminars, workshops, scholarship tests, demo classes, webinars and other campaigns.
- Invite relevant prospects and maximize participation.
- Follow up with event participants for counseling and enrollment.
- Revenue & Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned monthly calls, connects, visits, enrollments and revenue targets.
- Focus on quality conversations rather than only call volume.
- Work closely with the Center Head/Counselors to maximize lead conversion.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
