Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, supervise manpower, and maintain smooth and efficient plant activities in accordance with PESO and applicable safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily plant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor plant equipment, machinery, and operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with PESO, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Supervise and allocate work to plant operators and technicians.
- Maintain plant operation, inspection, and safety records.
- Monitor preventive maintenance and report equipment issues.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of gas/cylinder-related materials.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure PPE and safety procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for breakdowns and repairs.
- Report daily plant activities, issues, and production/operation status to management.
- Handle emergency situations and follow established safety procedures.
Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. Science.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in plant operations/supervision.
- Experience in CNG, gas, pressure vessels, industrial plants, or PESO-regulated facilities will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of plant operations and industrial safety.
- Basic knowledge of PESO rules and compliance requirements.
- Good manpower handling and supervisory skills.
- Ability to maintain operational and safety documentation.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
