Qualification
- Education: B.E. /B. Tech (Electrical& Electronics / Instruments)
- Desirable Skills: Sound knowledge on Building Management System, Good Knowledge on the integrating BMS system, Wide knowledge on protocols like Modbus, BACnet, MBUS etc, Knowledge on the Engineering standards, Good knowledge on the HVAC systems, Understand the client requirement and propose the optimized solution, Managerial Skills, People Management, Problem Solving, Escalation Handling, training skills, Knowledge on the digital technology like IoT, cloud computing, analytics application etc,
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering projects
- Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications
- Interact with the clients/consultants to interpret their requirements and provide the optimized solution
- Perform overall quality control of the work and report regularly on project status
- Assign responsibilities and mentor the Engineering team
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Qualification / Experience
- Proven working experience as an Engineering Lead
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Familiarity with ASHARE standards, best practices, and performance standards
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Project management and supervision skills
- Decision-making ability and leadership skills
- Time management and organization skills
- Good communication skills
