Job Title: Sales Executive
Role Summary: A Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling products or services, finding new customers, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers.
Explain product features and benefits to customers.
Generate sales leads and follow up on inquiries.
Meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Prepare quotations and negotiate prices.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Conduct market research and monitor competitors.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
Customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Time management and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
Higher Secondary
Experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
