Job Summary:
Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Dispatch Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience to manage dispatch operations, coordinate with transporters, and ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily dispatch activities
- Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans
- Coordinate with logistics partners and transporters
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Maintain dispatch records and inventory movement reports
- Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts departments
- Ensure proper packaging and loading of materials
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and customer queries
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of dispatch, logistics, and transportation processes
- Experience with e-way bills, invoices, and dispatch documentation
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software
- Ability to manage multiple dispatches and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations
