Job Profile
● Operate, monitor, and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure smooth
production operations.
● Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and
equipment.
● Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, identifying root causes and implementing
corrective actions.
● Ensure proper functioning of pumps, motors, compressors, conveyors, and other mechanical equipment.
● Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and equipment modifications as required.
● Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and breakdown reports.
● Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve
operational efficiency.
● Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines during all maintenance and operational activities.
● Monitor equipment parameters and report abnormalities to the concerned supervisor.
● Ensure proper housekeeping and upkeep of the work area and machinery.
● Assist in inventory management of spare parts and maintenance tools.
● Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and productivity.
Qualification & Experience
● Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, Maintenance, or a related field.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical operations, maintenance, or manufacturing
environments.
● Good knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and industrial machinery.
● Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
● Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.
● Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
● Good communication and teamwork abilities.
● Willingness to work in shifts and flexible working hours when required.
● Physically fit and capable of handling maintenance and operational activities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
