Job Responsibilities
· Achieve service sales and revenue targets.
· Drive AMC, insurance renewal, spare parts, and value-added service sales.
· Manage customer relationships and improve retention.
· Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
· Conduct performance reviews and training programs.
· Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
· Set KPIs and monitor team productivity.
· Coordinate with workshop operations to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
· Plan local marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Skills & Requirements:

· Analytical & problem solving abilities
· Knowledge in Automotive Service
· Willing to travel regularly for Store visits
Work Experience Required: 7 – 10 years in Automobile Sales / Service industry.
Experience in Automobile dealership preferred.
Work Location: Pondicherry.
