We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursing Superintendent (NS) / Assistant Nursing Superintendent (ANS) to oversee nursing operations, ensure high standards of patient care, manage nursing staff, and maintain compliance with hospital policies and quality standards. These roles typically involve supervising nursing services, coordinating staff, and supporting quality patient care initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and daily nursing operations.
- Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Manage duty rosters, staffing, and nursing documentation.
- Monitor infection control and patient safety standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing personnel.
- Ensure compliance with NABH/hospital policies and procedures.
Eligibility:
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- Relevant supervisory or administrative nursing experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Salary: Best in Industry (Negotiable based on experience)
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant Nursing Experience is mandatory
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.70 per month
