· Provide professional nursing care with an assigned unit according to established standards and procedures.
· Provide comprehensive care to assigned patients.
· Follows policy and delivers designated nursing interventions to assigned patients that are consistent with the documented medical plan of care.
· Takes the nursing history, summarizes data and states nursing diagnoses / patient care needs.
· Organize and maintain patient file and reports as per the MRD requirements in all shifts.
· Always greet with smile to patient and companion for their well-being.
· Be groomed always.
· Observes and records signs, symptoms and behaviors including the physiological status of patients’ reports, assessment changes to the concerned authority.
· Ensure smooth functioning of admission, discharge and transfer procedures and assists others with patients’ activities and care with collaborative manner.
· Follow handover-takeover process accurately with written/online notes.
· Ensure introduction of next shift team member to patient and patient side medication check in each shift.
· Executes physician’s orders for all assigned patients safely and properly administers medications and treatments. Strictly adhere read back policy
· Ensure identification safety for collection of specimens during collection and till the report informed to consultant.
· Participate in consultant’s rounds and assist by giving relevant information based on nursing assessment/reassessment and observations.
· Carry out routine check at each handover that all equipment’s are in working order.
· Keep equipment’s in charging.
· Ensure that all items used for patients inclusive of medications, surgical supplies are duly recorded and charged.
· Ensure during internal transfer except the ordered medicine all other drug to be returned before shifting to other unit.
· Maintain patients and accompanies safety by taking preventive measures against accidents.
· Accurately records and reports incidents.
· Ensure every error to be recorded.
· Ensure strict infection control protocol and bio-waste guidelines to be followed for 24x7.
· Ensure that daily briefing points and sign off are mandatory for day to day update.
Pay: ₹204,000.00 - ₹264,000.00 per year
