We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Manager/Senior Manager – Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and supply planning across our growing network of dental clinics. The ideal candidate should be able to build scalable processes, optimize costs, and ensure uninterrupted material availability.

Lead procurement, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and cost optimization.

Ensure timely availability of clinical consumables, implants, orthodontic materials, equipment, and clinic assets.

Manage inventory planning, warehouse operations, stock accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, audits, and material transfers.

Oversee Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt (GR), inventory reconciliation, and logistics.

Drive demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and working capital optimization.

Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Finance, Warehouse, and Vendors to ensure seamless supply chain execution.

Build SOPs, automate processes, and support new clinic expansion.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems is essential. The candidate should be proficient in managing the complete procure-to-pay and inventory lifecycle, including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt (GR), Inventory Management, Material Transfers, Vendor Management, Stock Reconciliation, and MIS reporting. Experience in driving process automation and ERP improvements will be an added advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Commerce, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).

5–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Warehouse Operations.

Experience in Healthcare, Dental, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitals, Diagnostics, Retail Healthcare, or FMCG.
A hands-on, ownership-driven professional with strong commercial acumen, ERP expertise, and analytical skills who can build scalable supply chain processes, optimize inventory and working capital, and ensure uninterrupted material availability across all clinics.
