Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at our office in Khopat, Thane West. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST compliance, and statutory filings.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally.
- Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C.
- Handle TDS calculations, payments, and return filings.
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assist in audits and preparation of financial statements.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 5–7 years of relevant accounting and taxation experience.
- Proficiency in Tally.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Age: 25–35 years.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
