Job description: Assistant Manager/ Manager - Client Servicing
- End to end client coordination
- Convert existing leads into business by creating a Pitch Presentation for a Brand
- activation or event
- Research latest trends in the industry to stay updated with latest event
- technologies and vendors
- Coordinate with Creative & Operations team and vendors for Pitch presentations
- & Estimates
- Prepare Estimates for Brand activation/ Event
- Handle end to end Project execution
- Coordinate with clients and brief Operations, Creative & vendors
- Prepare post event reports for clients
- Update Pay out sheets for projects
- Handle Social Media posts & updates on Daily/ weekly basis
Must required Knowledge & skills
2-5 years of experience in Events & activation industry
MS office
Canva Tools
AI tools - Chat GPT, Gemini, etc.
