We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Personal Assistant to support the school administration in daily operations. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment..
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the school leadership
- Manage calendars, schedules, and critical appointments with precision
- Draft, review, and manage professional communication (emails, reports, and official correspondence)
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations
- Assist in admissions coordination and parent engagement processes
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and data systems
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach
- Good Social Media Handler
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in executive assistance, administration, or a similar role
- Experience in an educational institution or client-facing role will be an advantage
