Strategic Leadership & Planning
1. Develop and implement a long-term maintenance strategy, including TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Reliability Centered Maintenance.
2. Set departmental goals and KPIs (such as MTTR, MTBF, and OEE) for the Maintenance Manager and the wider team.
3. Review and approve the annual maintenance budget and capital expenditure (CAPEX) for technology upgrades or new machinery.
Asset Reliability & Operational Excellence
1. Oversee major plant shutdowns or large-scale installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time.
2. Guide the Maintenance Manager in conducting Root Cause Analysis for critical breakdowns to prevent recurrence.
3. Collaborate with the Plant Head and other department heads to align maintenance schedules with production targets.
Pay: ₹31,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
