Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and travel partners in the Mumbai market.
- Drive room, MICE, and leisure business for the company's portfolio of hotels and resorts.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and presentations.
- Negotiate corporate rates and contracts to maximize business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Coordinate with hotel operations and the reservations team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, account plans, and CRM updates.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in hospitality sales.
- Prior experience with a hotel chain or luxury/boutique hotels is preferred.
- Strong corporate and travel trade network in the Mumbai market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai and nearby regions for client meetings.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
