Position: Staff Nurse

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Cardiac Care team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to cardiac patients, monitoring patient conditions, assisting physicians during procedures, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients admitted to the Cardiac Care Unit (CCU).
- Monitor and record vital signs, ECG readings, cardiac rhythms, and patient progress.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during cardiac procedures, emergencies, and patient assessments.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Ensure infection control practices and hospital policies are followed at all times.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver effective patient care.
- Operate and monitor cardiac care equipment and report abnormalities immediately.
Requirements
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Cardiac Care, CCU, ICU, or Critical Care settings.
- Knowledge of cardiac monitoring systems and emergency nursing procedures.
- Strong communication, patient care, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work rotational shifts and handle critical situations effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling cardiac emergencies.
- Knowledge of ECG interpretation and cardiac monitoring.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
