Job Responsibility
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance activities of ETP, STP, WTP, RO, UF, DM, MEE, ATFD, Evaporators, and ZLD systems.
- Ensure optimum plant performance and achievement of treated water quality parameters as per regulatory and client requirements.
- Monitor process efficiency, identify operational and implement corrective actions.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all treatment processes.
- Ensure maximum plant uptime through effective preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with processes like sedimentation, anaerobic treatment (UASB), and tertiary filtration.
- Managing high organic load effluents (high COD/BOD), detergents, and food residues.
- Sound understanding of water quality testing, environmental norms, and legal compliences.
- Conduct regular site visits, performance reviews, and motivation initiatives.
- Ensure workforce discipline, attendance, and productivity standards.
- Ensure plants operate within design parameters and meet effluent standards.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly plant performance reports from site engineers.
- Monitor and optimize plant performance, utility consumption, and downtime.
- Deploy contingency measures during breakdowns and critical failures.
- Act as primary technical point of contact for client interactions at O&M sites.
- Attend client review meetings, prepare technical presentations, and handle esclations.
- Support the proposal and design team with O&M input for new tenders and projects.
- Participate in technical bid evaluations, plant commissioning, and handover.
- Contribute to scaling O&M business by onboarding new sites and contracts.
- Address client concerns promptly and build long-term relationships.
- Ensure all plants comply with statutory regulations (CPCB, SPCB, ISO, etc.)
- Prepare documentation for audit readiness (safety, environmental, technical).
- Coordinate with clients and authorities during inspections and audits.
- Conduct periodic internal audits and ensures CAPA implementation.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with purchase/supply chain for timely availability of spares and consumables.
- Analyze root causes of repetitive failures and implement corrective measures.
- Review AMC/CMC contracts and performance of OEM/service providers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding O&M performance and contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients and provide technical support.
- Address client concerns promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support business development teams during technical discussions and O&M proposal preparation.
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
