Job Summary
We are looking for ITI freshers to join our Service Department as Trainees. The role involves supporting solar system maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and service activities under the guidance of experienced technicians and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in inspection, servicing, and maintenance of solar PV systems.
- Support troubleshooting of basic electrical and solar system issues.
- Assist technicians in checking inverters, panels, cables, earthing, and other system components.
- Attend service complaints and support timely resolution.
- Carry out preventive maintenance activities at project sites.
- Assist in testing and basic fault identification.
- Maintain service tools, equipment, and records.
- Follow all site safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Travel to customer/project sites as required.
Eligibility
- ITI qualification in Electrical / Electronics / relevant trade.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project and customer sites.
- Good learning attitude and teamwork skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
