- Ensure all MEP systems comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and project teams to avoid clashes and spatial conflicts between services.
- Develop energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions to optimize building performance and reduce operational costs.
- Perform energy modeling and system simulations to support efficient building design strategies.
- Prepare and review MEP layouts, technical drawings, schematics, and service coordination plans.
- Supervise site installation activities to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems prior to project completion.
- Support retrofitting and optimization of existing electrical, plumbing, and utility systems in older buildings.
- Coordinate utility systems including plumbing, drainage, gas pipelines, firefighting systems, and fire sprinkler layouts.
- Identify technical issues during project execution and provide effective engineering solutions.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance records throughout the project lifecycle. .
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
