Job Summary
Eternal Light Public School is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Biology Teacher for High School. The teacher will be responsible for delivering Biology lessons in line with CBSE curriculum requirements and guiding students in building conceptual clarity and interest in life sciences.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Biology to High School students as per CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and teaching materials.
- Explain concepts clearly and support student understanding through effective teaching methods.
- Conduct tests, revisions, and classroom assessments.
- Evaluate assignments, projects, and examination papers.
- Maintain academic records and monitor student progress.
- Participate in school meetings, academic activities, and parent interactions when required.
- Encourage discipline, curiosity, and scientific learning among students.
Eligibility / Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Biology / Life Sciences with B.Ed. (mandatory for CBSE)
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- Good communication and computer skills
- Passion for teaching and shaping young minds
