Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Supervise installation and execution of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and related systems.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within budget and schedule.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, design clashes, and construction challenges.
- Prepare technical reports, work schedules, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Manage testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, building codes, and statutory regulations.
- Assist in vendor evaluation, material approval, and contractor performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP execution and project management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and building services systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience in real estate, residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is preferred.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
